For a school project Benson wrote a poem about his diabetes. He wanted to take a picture with all his supplies and attach it to his poem. I thought he did a great job with it and it was fun to see him be excited about the project.
Benson had to get some teeth extracted at the dentist office and so he decided to write the Tooth Fairy a note-- I thought it was darling!
This is what happens almost everytime we get in the car with these two. Tess falls asleep and Kate gets hyper.
This is a favorite picture of mine. I taught Reece piano lessons from 1st-4th grade and Benson from Kindergarten through 2nd grade. This summer I realized it was better for my relationship with the boys if they had a new teacher. I didn't have the patience to teach them and take care of all our after school activities and homework. We have been super blessed and found the perfect teacher for them--Wendy Brewster. She was just called as the Stake Primary President and she is amazing. The kids love going to lessons, they practice on their own, and they are truly enjoying playing the piano. This is a dream of mine come true. I also genuinely love listening to them practice after school. It's a beautiful sound in our home.
This is the exact location Spencer proposed to me 12 years ago. It's a beautiful area at Cascade Falls. A lot has happened in the past 12 years and I'd say our life is more beautiful and rich because of these awesome kids that have come into our family. So grateful for my family!

This girl is crazy! I turned around to see she was eating a leaf! Atleast she was happy.

This kid does this all day long. He dresses up in the BYU football gear and plays football in the living room. It's usually BYU vs. U of U and you'll never guess who always wins!!
