End of our summer trip to Idaho

 The boys are just adorable.  Reece likes to pock Benson, and then Benson sweeps up the blood.  They really do make a great team.  They are honestly best friends and get along so well with each other.

Reece and his buddy Isobel Estaban.  She is Reece's best friend from Kindergarten.  Reece apparently would make her laugh everyday because she told her Mother that Reece is the funniest and smartest person she has ever met!

 Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Dunkley with Tanner.  Great Grandma was a "Tanner" before she became a Dunkley.  She was so flattered to have a grandchild named after her wonderful family.

 Reece and Benson gave me Breakfast in Bed! They really are so sweet!

 Diabetes party--all four of these darlings are diabetic and each of them is a super strong and brave person.

Dunkley Fun

 Mark and Benson Mark playing on my mom's newest backyard toy! She always gets a new toy for her backyard before swim season starts.

When the boys are 5 1/2 they get to go on a special Mommy date.  I take them to their choice of dinner (Red Robin) and then go shopping to pick our their suit that they will wear for their 5 year old picture.  We have a family tradition in the Dunkley family where we get professional pictures taken when the kids are 5 and blow them up nice and big and then hang them up on our wall! It was super fun spending some one on one time with my buddy Benson.  He is such a sweet kid.  He's always looking out for me and making sure I feel loved.  He has a fun and energetic personality and brings so much joy into our family. Love you tons Benson!

 Blake is one of Spencer's best buddies from Medical school.  He took me and the boys out for ice cream.  Tanner got his finger slammed in the door which was super sad and scary.  Blake always has fun little nick-nakes for the kids.  This time he brought them little flashlights which have been a huge hit!

 We are obsessed with Red Robin.  It's the perfect place to take our family to dinner.  Reece and Benson eat so well here and they have good healthy options for them.  The boys love coming here on their "grandma dates".  The server even knows us and all our medical info.

Fishing

 My Mom wanted to go fishing with the boys soooo bad! So we ended up at Lucky Peak on our boat trying to fish.  She was determined to catch one, but after an hour we gave up and ended up waterskiing instead.  We were entertained by the infamous Miss. Natalie Dunkley and the awesome little boys.  It was a fun and relaxing trip surrounded by the beauty of our beloved Idaho land!

 BEST DAY OF MY LIFE----or at least the Summer of 2013!!!

We borrowed some kid skis from the Hobson family and took the boys waterskiing.  They have heard me talk about my love for waterskiing their entire life and I somehow had convinced them they needed to try it.  We got them into the boat, got their skis on, and put them in the water! As soon as they felt the cold water they started to rethink this whole situation.  But I was not going to let them get away without trying.  I got in the water with them, tried to calm their nerves, and then helped them get up! YOU BETCHA---both Reece and Benson waterskied for the first time! They were all stars! I was so proud of them.  I couldn't stop laughing out of excitement.  I was in the water and so their aren't alot of pictures--but both of them got up and skied! We videotaped it and I seriously watched it over and over again all night long.  It was a glorious moment for the mama bear! And yes--they both insisted on wearing goggles while skiing. hahaha

 We went waterskiing a couple times in Boise--on this particular ride a big storm came through and the lake went crazy! My parents kept getting smacked in the face with big chunks of water and Benson was screaming, "this is the perfect storm".  It was hilarious!

Trip to Utah and cousin time

 The boys and I went with my Mom to Utah for cousin Jordans wedding.  It was a beautiful wedding in  the Salt Lake City Temple and it was fun to see the Byer's family again.  They are an awesome family who has always been so nice and loving toward our family.  But we missed Spencer who was stuck in Minnesota working.

 We visited the New City Creek and it's awesome fountains.  The kids were soaked so we had to bui them new clothes while they were running through the fountains!

 Lots of swimming and fun.

 Natalie is hilarious and is a darling but typical teenager--she loves the selfie shots. The pic of me is making fun of her pictures.

 Jamie and Tate came and visited us for a week.  It was super nice of them to drive to Boise to spend some time with us.  Tate is a cute little boy!
