Anyway--here's an update on the past couple weeks:
Benson has the best nursery leader EVER! She used to be a preschool teacher and so she has some seriously AWESOME skills. She gave them this giant sunflower seed and look how big it's grown in just 1 1/2 weeks....the boys think it's magical.
Benson has also starting talking like Darth Vader. Whenever someone asks him a question, he responds in his new voice. It's comical. He also loves to be outside. He rides his bike like a crazy man and when he falls over he just gets up and keeps on going. That's classic Benson--tough and adventurous. OH, and did I mention the new 3 year old attitude?? Oh dear, it's a beauty.
Reece has a music class (Let's play music) every Tuesday and it just so happened that the class is full of boys. So you can imagine how crazy it can be. Reece has struggled with the other boys in sitting still and not acting like a bunch of monkeys--until I thought of a BRILLIANT idea--if he's good in class and obeys everything the teacher asks him to do then he gets to go to the library and pick out as many books as he can carry. I started this brilliant plan over a month ago and he has been perfect ever since. Why did it take me so long to come up with that plan??? Motherhood is challenging.
Reece has said the most HILARIOUS things while going potty during the night (he's half asleep during these conversations). Here are some of the latest:
*I have more money then a camel can carry on his back to Mexico.
*And the other night with Spencer the only thing he says in his half-sleep state is "Dad, right now people in China are awake". And then he wandered off to bed.
He also has CLASSIC comments while driving. He reads the billboards, signs, or whatever he sees and says the funniest things, like "Moneytree--I didn't know there were moneytrees!!" Oh, how I wish my world could be as big as a 5 year olds.
