Christmas Day 2016
Christmas was magical as always. Our children LOVE to sleep in and even though it was Christmas morning-- we still had to wake them up. It took Tanner a while to wake up, but once he went upstairs he was excited!! Spencer and Reece got a shot gun which they were super excited about. Benson got a cool scooter and some nerf guns, Tanner got a Star Wars tent and some nerf guns, and Kate got a Play Kitchen. Dad gave me a fitbit watch which I was pretty excited about. Grandma and Grandpa Miller were here and celebrated the morning with us. We then went to church and came back to relax and play in the snow. We put together puzzles, ate yummy left overs, and just had fun playing in the Christmas mess spread throughout our living room. Another wonderful Christmas day for the books!
Miller Christmas Reunion
The Miller family has lived all over the country for the past 5 years. It's been a long time since we all were together. Clarissa and Darrin decided to come up for Christmas so the Catmulls and Nicki and Chad joined us so we could be reunited again. I was really excited to have Spencer's family here and so we were able to host for a couple events. It truly turned out so beautiful. Wednesday, we went to the Temple to see the lights and then came back to our house to watch the BYU football team play in their bowl game. Thursday night the adults went to "The Roof" for dinner and had a fabulous time together. We laughed, ate tons of delicious food, and took some fun pictures. Friday night we had the Miller Christmas party at our house. I spent a lot of time preparing for this night. I wanted it to be extra special, especially because it was my first time hosting a big event. I sent the kids and adults to Classic Fun Center for 3 hours while I prepared for the evening. We had a wonderful meal, sang Christmas songs together, reenacted the Nativity, and then Grandma and Grandpa Miller gave everyone PJ's and a little toy. It was a perfect day and couldn't have turned out better. The felt like my prayers were answered and the family was able to celebrate Christmas together while enjoying each others company. We are so blessed to be part of the Miller Family!

Our good friends (The Youngs) found these delicious and darling Santa Chocolate bars for the kids. They are soy free, milk free, egg free and nut free! Amazing! And so thoughtful and kind of them to think of us.
