General Conference is one of my favorite weekends of the year. I love spending the weekend together as a family without any to-do's or need to entertain. I love having the TV on and listening to all the uplifting and inspiring talks. There is a special spirit in our home during these two days. Monday morning feels like a let-down because the spirit isn't as strong as it was while our leaders were giving us messages. It's tradition to have a delicious breakfast, let the kids play quiet games while listening, and then going on a quick outdoor adventure during the break between sessions. Since moving to Utah we have taken our break to the Temple Quarry just 5 minutes from our house. It feels good to stretch out legs and climb on rocks. Tanner was hilarious because he brought his "wolfie" with him---its his best buddy.
