Christmas 2014

We had a fun and busy Christmas.  We put together a couple puzzles, had a family party almost every night, wrapped presents, ate good food, played with cousins and Grandparents, reenacted the Nativity, played lots of Christmas music (radio style and Piano style), went to the donut shop, and enjoyed being with family. Here are all the pictures to tell the story-- and might I add that we are blessed to have such a fun and loving family:

Jake's Birthday!

We were tired of cooking so Nicki and I decided it was time for a Cafe Ole' night out!
Unfortunately-- we asked our waiter many times if the dinner Reece ordered was allergy free and she confirmed many times that he could eat it-- but there must have been some cross contamination because Reece came home with a really bad stomach ache.  45 minutes later he broke out into huge hives all over his body.  I was pretty scared, and so was Reece, but luckily some benadryl and steroids got us out  of the reaction. We are thankful for modern day medicine that has saved our lives many times.

Tanner was being hilarious and decided to scare Benson when he came out of the bathroom.  He waited patiently in the corner to "scare Ben Ben".  Once Benson came out he jumped and said, "boo-- I scare you"! They both thought it was hilarious.

Our flight back to Minnesota.
