I have two awesome websites that might be useful for others to see.
1) Eatallergyfree.com. My good friend from Utah, Christine George, has put TONS of time into this website. Their son has food allergies to milk, egg, and nuts. They had a hard time finding recipes that he could eat. This website it a lifesavor for any parent with a child who experiences food allergies. It's super easy to use and, has TONS of great information on allergies (including a substitution list) and is fun to use. So PLEASE visit and pass it along to anyone else who could use it!
2) Blurb.com. I've always planned on converting my blog into a book and so finally I decided to research it and put one together. After looking at all the pros and cons of all the companies I decided to go with blurb.com. You download their software for FREE, give them your blog address and password, and they download your blog into a book. They put one post per page and then you can go and make changes to it (often times I would put 3 posts on one page, or make one post into 2 pages). I like Blurb better than blogtoprint because you can change the templates. If you need the writing section to be larger--you go and change the template so it matches what YOU want. I didn't find that with any other site. It's also CHEAP. For 144 pages with a soft cover it only cost me $34.99 with a flat rate shipping of $6.99! Amazing! I will receive my book in a week and will let you know how it turned out!!!
