Provo Temple Dedication

I was able to take the kids to the Provo City Center Temple. It was stunning.  The architecture and fine detail was impressive.  It had a pioneer spirit to it which i'm sure there were many people on the other side of the veil celebrating this beautiful building that they built many years ago turn into a Temple.  I was so excited to take the boys and show them the inside of the Temple.  I hope they remember the feelings they felt and the peace that present inside the Temple. I love the Temple and am so grateful I can go there to find peace and direction in my life.  It's been a big part of my life-- including as a teenager when I would go to the Boise Idaho Temple grounds after school and write in my journal and feel the love of the Lord.  It was a place of peace and also a place of reassurance that I was doing what I should and that everything was going to be okay.  I would dream of marrying my best friend and starting a family.  Luckily that dream came true when Spencer took me there to be sealed for eternity.  I always hoped I would find someone like Spencer-- he's everything I ever dreamed of in a husband and more.  I feel like the luckiest girl to have him by my side and to have him be the father of our children.  We are so so so so very blessed as a family and as a couple. Dreams really do come true!
