Tanner decided one morning while the boys were getting ready to leave for school that it was his turn to practice the piano. Reece had just finished practicing and Tanner got his book out, put it on the keys, and started to play! It was darling! And both Spencer and I agree that nothing is better than having a little baby/toddler cuddled up to you asleep. Peaceful. Blissful. Love!
I asked Reece if he wanted me to teach him this year, or if him wanted me to get him a new teacher. He insisted that I continue to teach him and then Benson pleaded of me to teach him as well! I tried to get Benson to take Karate instead--but he had made his decision and there was no convincing him otherwise. My mom sent him some new books and he has loved it ever since. I teach them both on Mondays; Benson after morning Kindergarten and Reece after school. I also teach Mikayla, Abby, and Zane. That's my max for this year. I don't like teaching after school because I feel like that time is precious with Reece because he is gone all day. There is such a short period between getting home from school (4pm) and going to bed (7:30pm) that I rather miss the money then miss my time being with the boys.
