We drive past the Boise Temple almost daily. During the day Benson says, "the glowing temple glows at night, mommy" and during the night he yells "THE GLOWING TEMPLE, I see the GLOWING TEMPLE". Spencer and I decided it was time to take the Boys to the Glowing Temple. We had a fun family outing and here are GOBS of pictures of our adventure.
To get a closer look, Spencer held my shirt while I leaned in at a 30 degree angle.
Talk about trust.

I think this picture is precious of Dad and Benson.

Spencer is showing them Angel Moroni (another favorite topic while driving past the temple).

Spencer and I re-enacting coming out of the temple 6 years ago after being Sealed together FOREVER! I hope he can stand me for that long.

Benson is always so lovey-
dovey towards me.
This is a perfect picture of how he treats me.

We showed the boys the BIG LIGHTS that help the temple glow. Benson hardly touched this light and it FELL OFF. Luckily we didn't break it.
Awwww...

and typical....

I am very thankful to live so close to the Temple. I remember going there as a Youth when I was having a bad day or just needed a place to find peace. Just walking the grounds is such a peaceful and uplifting experience. I am grateful to be sealed to my husband and children for "Time and All Eternity". I also love going into the Temple--I always come out with a renewed spirit. It so refreshing to have your priorities set straight and to really understand why we are here on earth and what our purpose is. It makes life so much easier when you know those things.
