On Tuesday, Dec. 7th Reece had his preschool Christmas program. They sang songs, showed a slide show of all the children and different activities they had done, and then they interviewed each child. Reece was asked how Santa gets down the chimney. He responded with, "oh, he just throws his bag down and follows it". Dad was supposed to be on-call the night before the program so we decided to have a big sleepover at Grandma's house (when I originally planned this I didn't realize it was the night before his program). Unfortunately--Reece stayed up all night playing with Grandma while I was at Bunco night and so he literally spent more time yawning on stage then he did singing. I'm sure the other parents were thinking I was a terrible mother.
