For Christmas my mom gave Reece a butterfly kit. After 2 months of procrastinating turning the post card in, and a 3 week wait for them to arrive...our caterpillars FINALLY arrived!! Here are some pictures. They grow SOOOO fast.

I taught pre-school this week and so we spent a day learning about the life cycle of a butterfly.The kids LOVED it. We went to the science center today and they had a butterfly exhibit. It was a huge room full of real butterflys. We even saw a butterfly come out of it's cacoon. Needless to say, our new pets are a huge success and much loved by the munchkins.

What a fun Christmas gift! I have never heard of butterfly kits...maybe something fun I'll have to remember! And I am so glad you and Spencer got out on a date. You guys look hott! We are possibly planning a trip to Seattle this summer, so if you're still there, we'll have to enlist you to show us around. :)
That is so cool, Addie has been fastenated by catepillars and butterflies lately. Maybe I will have to look into that.
